League City firefighters prevent garage fire from spreading to west side house League City fire marshals are investigating a Sunday night garage fire that luckily didn’t spread to the house. No one was home when the fire in the 200 block of Rustic Oaks Drive was reported at about 6:25 PM Sunday (1/19/2025), said League City Fire Chief Jeff Allen. When League City firefighters arrived there was heavy smoke coming from the detached garage. Given the conditions League City called for assistance from Webster and Nassau Bay fire departments.
