Moody Gardens Names Kalbaugh as New Hotel GM Steve Kalbaugh returns to Galveston as the new Hotel General Manager of Moody Gardens following a stint with Image Hotel Management in Nashville, TN. Kalbaugh's previous time on the island came as the General Manager at the San Luis Resort Complex for six years (2009-2014) before departing for Image Hotel Management. The well-seasoned Kalbaugh was active within the Galveston community while working for the Landry's Inc. establishment. Kalbaugh has spent 22 of his 35 years of management experience in the hospitality field.
