Two arrested after police find them with Crack, Meth Two were arrested in Kemah after police responded to a fight and found them with drugs like crack and meth. Thursday (4/25/2024), just before 10 PM, Kemah police were called to the 1400 block of State Highway 146 for a woman screaming from the second floor of a building. Officers found Tara Reina Seber, 39, and Earl David Worden, 39, outside of a room that had drugs inside. Seber was arrested and charged with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, with bonds totaling to $45,000. Officers recovered 13.2 grams of crack cocaine, 1.9 grams of methamphetamine, 2 units of crack cocaine in a syringe, and 3 glass pipes with methamphetamine residue. It was discovered that Worden had a warrant for Trespassing from the Galveston County Sheriff's Office. He was booked and given a $1,000 bond.
