Boil water notice issued in Bacliff after main line break Bacliff Municipal Utility District water customers were placed under a boil water notice Saturday after a contracting crew busted a main water line. An alert from Bacliff MUD was issued at about 4:30 PM on Saturday (1/20/2024). MUD facility crews were working to make repairs. Bacliff MUD serves an area starting at State Highway 146 to the west, Bayshore Drive to the east, Gordy Road to the north, and Chase Park to the south.
