Rocktober Fest, Craft Beer Fest takeover Kemah Boardwalk Two festivals will make for a big weekend at Kemah Boardwalk. Rocktober Fest will be October 6-8. Friday, October 6 will be The Velcro Pygmies from 7-10:30 PM. Saturday, October 7 will start with Yelba's Variety Band from 1-5 PM. Rocketober Fest DJ will follow at 5:30 PM and Journey Tribute Escape will close out the night. Sunday, October 8 will start with The Riffs from 12-4 PM. Rockin' Kids' Crafts & Games Plus Rock & Roll Dracula Stiltwalker will be from 1-5 PM. The Slags close out from 5-9 PM. Craft Beer Fest will be on Saturday, October 7 from 2-5 PM.
