ABC Affordable Housing Services expands reach in Galveston County The foundation for Charina Allen-Beasley's success has always been based on love. Coming from a large family full of countless aunts, uncles and cousins, Allen-Beasley was surrounded by a solid support system from a young age, growing up in Pennsylvania. Her parents always stressed education in their children, and Allen-Beasley was on a pre-med track before taking a job in the affordable housing sector in Pennsylvania. That job not only changed Allen-Beasley's career path, but also her perspective on life. Once she began a career in the industry, Allen-Beasley said she knew that was the career path for which she was destined. After working for 30 years in the affordable housing industry, Allen-Beasley branched out to start her own company, ABC Affordable Housing Services Inc. The company completed an affordable housing project in Hitchcock earlier this year and celebrated with a ribbon cutting with the Texas City-La Marque Chamber of Commerce on Monday (9/18/2023) at their office, located at 2501 Palmer Highway, Suite 215.
